Verification of compliance with the management of operation, administration, conservation, construction and maintenance of the road infrastructure of the Palín – Escuintla highway.
Supervision of routine maintenance work and major standards that the concessionaire had to perform within its contractual obligations, execution and analysis of technical studies to evaluate the condition of the road (deflectometry, IRI, status index, traffic gauges, environmental and others). Verification of traffic gauging to audit the toll, and perform comparisons and economic analysis of the income conditions in the concession throughout its period of service.
A Web application was implemented, so that all the information generated and recorded by the consultancy could be consulted in real time from any device that has internet access.
