Coordination, organization and technical and financial monitoring of the program of Reconstruction of the road infrastructure damaged by the STAN storm. As part of the work, a Management Information System (GIS) was developed to monitor the execution of the program’s components; Among them, incorporate the scope of damage, monitor the reconstruction of road infrastructure, support in the dimensioning of costs and budgets and the development of reports. In addition, technical assistance was provided in the planning, prioritization and scheduling of the work, and the monitoring of the fulfillment of the objectives of the projects.
The project included the following phases: Phase I: Emergency attention: 1053 landslides were monitored, 1875 kms. of damaged roads, 10 Bailey bridges were installed and 11 temporary crossings were built. Phase II: Rehabilitation of 1613 kms. of roads and the construction of 32 bridges.
