Development and implementation of a system of collection and evaluation of the road infrastructure of approximately 1,000 Kms, for which it used sophisticated equipment and the highest technology. With the exception of the Departments of the Grande Anse et du Nord ouest, the project was developed throughout Haiti. The areas where the earthquake in Haiti occurred were inventoried in a timely manner.
The results obtained from this evaluation were used for the planning of reconstruction and maintenance projects of the road network.
