Technical Service for Drinking Water Service Outages in Guatemala City

Gisystems provided support in the services of cutting and monitoring of the pipe connections of the drinking water service provided by the Municipal Water Company (EMPAGUA).

For this project, a system and an app were developed for the real-time registration of the cuts, and the immediate updating of the database, allowing better economic and financial control of the operation of the service.

The number of interventions performed was approximately 60,000.
