Detail of the services provided

The overall objective of the project was to promote greater private participation in road concession programs in PPP countries over the next decade. To this end, it sought to harmonize the legal, regulatory and institutional frameworks governing concessions in the countries belonging to Plan Puebla Panama.

The main objectives of the Final Report of the project were:

• Determine whether the objectives, outcomes and impact as described in the logical framework were achieved;
• Identify lessons learned and provide recommendations for future operations to be financed by the IDB and/or MIF and;
• Evaluate the role and performance of SIECA as executing agency of the project.
